International Child Day 2014 Year

Modern American School

On Thursday, November 27, 2014, the Modern American School celebrated the annual International Child Day. On this day, all students were encouraged to wear their traditional national costumes and carry flags representing their home countries. Families were also invited to contribute items, souvenir, pictures, and posters which represent their countries. These items were displayed outside the classrooms and in the main entrance of our school for all families and students to admire.

At the Modern American School, we recognize the importance of celebrating all cultural backgrounds. We are so incredibly proud of the multicultural atmosphere that radiates through the hallways of our school and will continue to support our students as they embrace their cultural heritage.
