Authorized school to implement the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) and accredited by COGNIA for Schools (AdvancED)

Final Fall Semester Exams December 10 - 21

End of semester exams will take place across Middle & High School starting December 12, ending on December 21st. Students are encouraged to take advantage of Revision Week and utilize the Study Guides they are assigned.

All Staff Professional Development Day is Scheduled to Take Place on Thursday, November 23rd, 2017

As part of our continuous improvement plan, all MAS staff members will be taking part in a school-wide Professional Development Day on Thursday, November 23rd. Classes will be suspended and students are asked to check their school email accounts for assignments.

First Assessment Report Cards Distributed October 26th. Parent Teacher Conference to Follow on Saturday, October 28th.

MAP Testing Taking Place from October 22 - 26

MAP Testing (Measure of Academic Progress) is a diagnostic tool used by teachers to drive instruction. Students in grades 2 - 10 will take MAP Exams throughout the week in order to measure academic progress and allow MAS administration to assess students in Math and English proficiency.

Summer Break is Here! Students are off for the Summer from June 14 to September 5. First Day of School is Wednesday, September 6

Classes are suspended for Summer Break from June 15 - September 6. School Admissions and other administrative departments are open during the summer following the summer schedule hours. First day of classes for grades 1 -12 will be Wednesday, September 6th.

French Club Meetings Every Sunday From February 26 - May 7 (Grades 5-8)

French Club activities will focus on exploring French and Francophone culture. This includes watching French movies ( venez regarder un film français ), reading French stories , planning school wide events, playing games, and learning songs and dances. We will also create French projects and activities and make crafts related to francophone culture. Meeting Place: Main Campus, Room 303 (Miss Eveguenya's Classroom)

French Enrichment Classes and DELF Exam Preparation From February 27 - April 10.

French Enrichment classes will be given to students every Monday from 3. p.m. to 4. p.m. after school. The DELF (Diplôme d'études en langue française) is the official French-language diploma awarded by France's Ministry of National Education. It is recognized around the world, and is valid for life. This important certification will expand the horizons of our students in the future and enhance their understanding of the values of global citizenship. Additionally, this certification is beneficial for university acceptance and future careers.
